Job description
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit in Asheville, NC. This role oversees the daily operations of a 40-bed unit, managing a team of 56 and ensuring compliance with standards.
The successful candidate will have a BSN (or equivalent), current nursing licensure in North Carolina, and at least five years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities. The position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus.
