Job description
Shady Grove Medical Center in Maryland seeks an experienced Nurse Manager for our Transfer Center to advance compassionate, faith-based care. You will lead operations, set standards, and drive performance and safety in patient transfers.
The role requires a nursing baccalaureate, Maryland license, supervisory experience, and leadership certification. A master's degree is preferred. Typical schedule is 36 hours weekly, day shifts with occasional evenings, on-site at Shady Grove.
