Job description
Duke Health Cary is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager, Operations for our Emergency Department to lead clinical and operational functions in a high-acuity setting. This role oversees staff development, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance within a nationally recognized academic medical center.
The position requires a BSN, and a MSN is strongly preferred, with a minimum of three years in Emergency Nursing and nursing leadership experience. NC RN licensure and BLS are required.
