Job description
Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Float Pool, overseeing the nursing care for a designated patient population on the Santa Rosa, CA unit. The role involves planning, directing and managing care across a 24-hour operation, with accountability for staffing, budgeting and patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will hold a California RN license, have BLS certification, and bring at least two years of clinical experience.
