JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
The Manager of Outpatient Infusion is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative leadership of the outpatient infusion department. This position oversees staff performance, recruitment, orientation, competency assessment, professional development, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, regulatory compliance, fiscal stewardship, and daily department operations. Working collaboratively with physicians, pharmacy, Infection Prevention, and organizational leadership, the Manager ensures efficient workflows, exceptional clinical outcomes, and an outstanding experience for patients and caregivers.
Principal Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Outpatient Infusion department while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Direct the daily operations of the infusion center, including patient flow, staffing, scheduling
