Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO seeks a Manager-Nursing Services to lead the GI Lab and Med Surg teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-efficient care and meeting productivity targets.
The role partners with physicians and administrators to optimize staffing, workflow, and patient satisfaction. Requires MO RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3+ years leadership in procedural areas, and BLS/ACLS/PALS within 90 days.
