Job description
Bon Secours Charity Health System seeks a Nurse Manager to coordinate and direct nursing care across units, ensuring standards, budgets, and staff competency. You will supervise professional nurses and support staff, working with hospital leadership to align with organizational objectives.
This role requires a nursing license in New York, a bachelor's degree in nursing (master's preferred), and at least five years of clinical experience with leadership responsibilities. BLS and ACLS are required.
