Live Long Well Care is seeking an experienced Home Care Registered Nurse Manager for Amelia Island, FL and Saint Simons GA. This regional role includes some direct patient care, compliance oversight, and growing the business through outreach to hospitals and senior networks.
You will manage nursing services across two branches, ensure quality care, staff supervision, and participate in on-call and weekend coverage as a 24/7 operation; Private pay with commission potential.
