About This Role
The Nurse Manager I in Interventional Radiology at Kaiser Permanente is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery systems and practice standards while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. What You'll Do
Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas.
Ensure appropriate assignment and utilization of equipment and supplies.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Manage designated work unit by translating business plans into action items.
Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Maryland
ACLS certification required
PALS certification preferred
