About This Role
The Nurse Manager I position is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery systems and practice standards while collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. What You'll Do
Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs in assigned clinical areas.
Ensure appropriate assignment and utilization of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Manage designated work unit by translating business plans into tactical action items.
Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
