About This Role
The Nurse Manager I for the Operating Room at Caton Hill MOB is responsible for overseeing patient care delivery systems and practice standards, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do
Implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Investigate and resolve patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs and ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Foster a safe environment for patients and employees.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Perform clinical duties as required.
Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Virginia
BLS certification required
