About This Role
The Nurse Manager II position is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards, ensuring optimal and safe patient care across multiple locations. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in collaboration and operational management.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Delegate tasks related to patient/family/member concerns regarding care.
Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards.
Create developmental opportunities and build collaborative relationships.
Manage designated units by translating business plans into tactical actions.
