Job description
Bassett Healthcare Network in Cobleskill, NY is seeking a Nurse Manager II to oversee 24-hour patient care delivery within designated units. The role includes budgeting, staffing, and driving performance improvements in alignment with organizational goals.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of nursing experience with 2 years in supervision, a NYS RN license, and a valid NY driver’s license. Bachelor’s in Nursing is required; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred. Extensive travel is expected.
