About This Role
The Nurse Manager II position at Kaiser Permanente is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards across multiple locations. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in collaboration and operational management.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Delegate tasks related to patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs in clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide supervision and competency for staff.
Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards.
Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Develop and implement operational initiatives and manage departmental budgets.
