About This Role
The Nurse Manager II, Med Surg position is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards while ensuring optimal and safe patient care across multiple locations. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in collaboration and operational management.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
Manage designated units by translating business plans into tactical action items.
Develop and implement operational initiatives and manage program services.
