About This Role
The Nurse Manager II, Med Tele is responsible for leading patient care delivery systems and practice standards, managing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in collaboration and operational management.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of best practice models in patient care.
Facilitate collaboration with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient care.
Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Drive continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Leadership experience in a clinical setting
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in California
