About This Role
The Nurse Manager II, OR is responsible for leading the implementation of best practice models and patient care delivery systems while ensuring optimal and safe patient care across various clinical areas. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who excel in collaboration and operational management.

What You'll Do
Lead the implementation of best practice models in patient care delivery systems.
Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members.
Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees.
Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices.
Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
Drive continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.
Requirements
Education: Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience: Leadership experience in nursing required
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in California
