Job description
Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead a designated unit with 24-hour responsibility for resident care, operations, and staffing under the DON. You will drive quality, safety, and fiscal stewardship while mentoring staff.
Requirements include NYS RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of long-term care experience. A BSN is preferred; enrollment in a BSN program within 4 years of hire is expected.
