About This Role
The Nurse Manager- Infusion at NYU Langone Orthopedic Center provides clinical leadership and management of designated care areas, ensuring excellence in patient care and staff engagement while meeting organizational goals.

Pay: $150,799.99 - $205,296.00 Annually

What You'll Do

Conduct interviews, hire, develop, and evaluate departmental leadership.
Evaluate the performance of personnel in a fair and transparent manner.
Serve as a role model by demonstrating visibility and effective communication.
Participate in establishing the strategic financial plan and utilize data for recommendations.
Coordinate care delivery using labor productivity data to plan staffing patterns.
Hold self and others accountable for exemplary care delivery.
Design, implement, and evaluate programs to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
Education:
Master's degree in nursing required
Experience:
At least three years of pertinent clinical practice
Preferred 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Licenses & Certifications:
Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State
Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association
Certification in nursing leadership required upon eligibility
