Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for Wyman 2, a 15-bed inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit in Cambridge, MA. This role reports to the Director of Nursing and drives clinical excellence, staff development, and operational leadership around 24/7 oversight.
You will lead a compassionate team, coordinate with physicians and care teams, manage resources within budget, and advance patient-centered care for older adults and their families.
