Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced OB leader to help strengthen an existing Women’s Services program and support the development of a new acute care hospital in Palm Beach County. This role offers the opportunity to lead current Labor & Delivery operations while helping shape the future of L&D, Postpartum, Nursery, and Women’s Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Labor & Delivery and Women’s Services operations.
Strengthen clinical quality, patient safety, and physician collaboration.
Support strategic growth and program development.
Build a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.
Help design future Women’s Services operations for the new hospital campus.
Lead initiatives that improve patient and physician experience.
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
Associate’s Degree or higher
BLS certification
NRP certification
ACLS certification
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification
Labor & Delivery / OB leadership experience preferred
