Mercy Hospital in Canton, OH is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing care on the 4A Transitional Care Unit and the 4M Med/Surg Telemetry Unit. This full-time, day-shift role requires strong leadership to enhance patient care and support caregivers in a fast-paced environment.
The position manages clinical direction, staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives while ensuring compliance with JCAHO and other standards. Licensure as an RN and BLS are required.
