Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead daily operations, develop and support staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to elevate patient care and outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have a BSN (MSN preferred), Virginia RN license or compact state, BLS/ACLS, and 5+ years of clinical nursing with 2 years in leadership. NIHSS certifications are expected for specific units within 90 days.
