Job description
Arcadia Care in Bushnell, Illinois seeks a Nurse Manager to coordinate and implement each tenant's plan of care based on physician orders and individual needs. You will direct nursing operations, manage documentation and service plans, and ensure services align with policies, regulations, and leadership guidance.
You will lead interdisciplinary teams, onboard staff, monitor care quality, oversee medication management, and prepare for state surveys.
