Job description
Mercy in Concord, CA is seeking an RN Manager to lead nursing operations in a patient-centered environment. You will oversee daily unit workflow, ensure safe, high-quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.
You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage staffing and scheduling, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, and drive quality and safety initiatives.
