Job description
Upstate Medical University seeks a Nurse Manager to lead defined clinical nursing areas, ensuring high-quality patient care and a safe environment. You will oversee goals, planning, standards, and education, while aligning with university policies and nursing practices.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN or MSN, NYS RN license, and at least three years of post-licensure acute care leadership experience, with excellent written and oral communication. CPR-BLS certification is required by appointment.
