Job description
Mercy is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a defined unit, ensuring quality patient care and effective staffing. You will supervise staff, apply budgetary controls, and collaborate with medical staff and administration while maintaining Mercy standards.
The role requires a BSN with licensure, CPR, and 4 years of clinical experience; BSN/MS and supervisory experience are preferred, with PALS certification as a plus.
