Mission Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager Med/Surg to lead a 20-bed unit (K9B) within our Asheville, NC campus. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, resource coordination, and staff development to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across the Med/Surg services.
The position requires a BSN, with MSN preferred, and National Certification within 1 year. North Carolina RN licensure is required; eNLC license may apply. A strong track record in leadership and collaboration is essential.
