Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health's Milton Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager for 2 North, a 31-bed medical-surgical and telemetry unit. You’ll lead clinical, operational, and administrative activities to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while guiding staffing, budgets, and performance improvement.
You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to use data-driven decisions, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the patient and family experience.
