Job description
Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, seeks a Nurse Manager for the Medical Cardiology Step Down unit (40 beds, co-managed). This role leads patient care delivery, coordinates resources, and drives quality and safety in a complex cardiovascular unit.
The ideal candidate has BSN or higher, RN licensure in NC, and a proven leadership track; MSN is preferred and national certification within a year is expected. BLS certification is required.
