About This Role
The Nurse Manager oversees 24-hour departments providing patient care services, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective care. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to maintaining clinical standards and improving patient care outcomes.

Pay: $96,900 - $125,400/year

Facility: Modesto Medical Center
Schedule: Part-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Manage the operations of 24-hour departments at multiple locations.
Ensure staff compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain patient care and service standards.
Design and evaluate processes to improve patient care results.
Develop and monitor budgets for resource utilization.
Determine appropriate staff mix and manage hiring and training processes.
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
Oversee standards of care and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing required.
Experience
Minimum four (4) years of clinical nursing experience.
Four (4) years of management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.
Basic Life Support certification required.
ACLS or PALS certification may be required for specific departments.
