Lee Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Mother Baby team at HealthPark Medical Center in Fort Myers, FL. You will provide strong clinical leadership and drive an exceptional experience for mothers, newborns and families.
The role oversees Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby units, high-risk antepartum, OBOR, OBED, and Family Education/Lactation, ensuring safe, evidence-based care and budget management.
