Lee Health is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Mother Baby unit to lead clinical and operational excellence in a high-acuity, patient-centered environment. This leader oversees daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring evidence-based postpartum and neonatal care. Responsibilities include mentoring and developing nursing staff, driving quality and safety initiatives, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and supporting accreditation and regulatory compliance.
