Job description
Norton Healthcare, Inc. is looking for a Nurse Manager who holds 24/7 accountability for a patient care area. This professional nurse leader will ensure safe and effective patient and family-centered care.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, possess a BSN, and be committed to promoting evidence-based practice. Additional qualifications include a Master's degree, which is considered a plus.
