Job description
University of Rochester Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership on the labor deck, obstetric ORs, and OB ED. The role focuses on staffing, budget oversight, quality, and patient safety, while driving practice changes in a multidisciplinary setting.
Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, 3–5 years of RN experience with obstetric exposure, and a Master’s degree is preferred within 5 years.
