Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Nurse Manager, Occupational Health to lead health services for staff across our senior care programs. In this role, you’ll oversee occupational health programs, manage employee health assessments, coordinate vaccinations and screenings, and support safe return-to-work processes. You’ll supervise clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety and wellness. Collaborating with HR, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll design health initiatives, track key metrics, and educate staff—advancing our mission of respectful, innovative care for older adults.
