The Nurse Manager of Emergency Department Night Shift will report to senior nursing leadership and receive support from experienced directors, charge nurses, educators, and hospital administrators. Responsibilities include night-shift operations, staffing, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, patient flow, staff development, and the delivery of safe emergency care alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, allied health professionals, technicians, and support staff.
