Job description
Lead with heart. Care for the smallest patients. We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Manager – NICU RN to guide a dedicated neonatal team in Houston, TX—where leadership and expertise shape life‑saving care from the very start.
Pay: $68/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of the NICU and ensure high-quality patient care
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in a specialized neonatal setting
Drive patient safety, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives
Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental performance
What You’ll Bring
Active RN license (TX)
NICU experience with prior leadership or management background
