Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio is seeking a Nurse Manager of Transplant Clinics to lead nursing operations across our specialized transplant outpatient clinics. This role oversees day-to-day clinic workflows, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care for complex transplant populations. The Nurse Manager supervises and mentors nursing and clinical staff, manages schedules and staffing levels, and partners closely with physicians and transplant coordinators to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
Responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety metrics, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Nurse Manager manages clinic resources and budgets, supports staff onboarding and education, and fosters a culture aligned with Methodist Healthcare’s mission of compassion, integrity, and excellence.
