Be among the first 25 applicants to apply for the Nurse Manager, Operating Room position at a community hospital with 9 operating rooms and approximately 9,000 surgeries per year, encompassing vascular, general, orthopedics, neurology, ENT, GYN, urology, and bariatrics.
Nurse Manager, Operating Room
Established OR staff that maintains a positive culture and has under 25‑minute room turnover, with active involvement in the unit‑based council.
Staff exhibit long tenure; surgeons are satisfied and the team enjoys strong leadership.
The Nurse Manager reports to a supportive and knowledgeable Nurse Director.
Two surgical service team leaders and an OR educator report to the Nurse Manager.
Salary Range and Benefits
Salary range: $105,000 to $155,000 per year.
Opportunity for advancement within a large hospital system and a growing surgical service line.
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid NJ nursing license.
Minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience, such as team lead, board runner, or nurse manager role in an Operating Room.
