Job description
Vail Health is seeking a Manager – Preop Pacu RN in Vail, CO. You will lead the Preop and PACU unit under Surgical Services, supervising staff, ensuring patient safety, and optimizing operations and patient flow.
Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, regulatory compliance, staff coaching, and data-driven performance improvement to uphold high-quality care. BSN required; Colorado RN license; 5 years acute care; BLS/ACLS/PALS; MSN/MBA/MHA preferred.
