Job description
ChristianaCare Health System seeks a Nurse Manager for the Radiology Care Unit and Vascular Access Nursing to oversee Newark and Wilmington campuses. You will lead clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality initiatives while promoting autonomous decision making among nurses.
Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing (or BSN with a healthcare/business Master’s), state RN licensure in Delaware, professional nursing certification, and at least five years of leadership
