Job description
Ashton North LLC in Geneva, NY is seeking a Nurse Manager for a long-term care and rehabilitation unit. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality resident care, safety, staff performance, and regulatory compliance.
The role supervises RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, partners with leadership to coordinate care, and drives quality improvement through data and evidence-based practices. A NY RN license and two years of LTC leadership experience are required.
