Magnolia Ridge Center in Barre, VT is seeking a Unit Manager, RN to lead clinical care on a skilled nursing and rehab unit. In this resident-centered role, you’ll oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality rehab and long-term care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication management, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
