Job description
St. David's Medical Center seeks a Nurse Manager for our state-of-the-art Neurological unit. This role oversees clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager will lead and mentor RNs, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive performance improvement and compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills committed to compassionate, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
