Job description
Arcadia Care is seeking a Nurse Manager in the Northern United States to coordinate the development and implementation of each resident's plan of care based on physician orders and individual needs. You will direct nursing operations, ensure documentation accuracy, and align services with facility policies.
You will lead interdisciplinary teams, supervise clinical staff, and participate in state surveys, audits, and infection control. Strong leadership and clinical oversight are essential.
