Nurse Manager Specialty-Labor And Delivery
Overview
An RN who supervises one or more units with oversight of Employees, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Finances, Strategic Goals and System goals.
Responsibilities
Supervise one or more units.
Oversee employees, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, finances, and achievement of strategic and system goals.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Arkansas.
BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
Two years of managerial or leadership experience required.
Healthcare CPR, ACLS, and related competencies required (will provide).
Employment Details
This position is authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
