Job description
University Hospital in Newark is seeking a Clinic Nurse Manager to lead ambulatory care operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will oversee clinic throughput, staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with ancillary departments to support Pediatrics.
The role requires NJ RN licensure, a BSN, at least five years of nursing experience, BLS, and leadership skills. Ambulatory RN-BC is desirable.
