Job Summary and Responsibilities
nAs a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
nEvery day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. nnnObserves, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data.

nnAnalyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans.
n
nnDocuments patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
n
nnAdministers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
n
nnCoordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
n
n nCore Schedule: Week 1 Tue, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 3 Mon, Tue, Sat; Week 4 Sun, Tue, Wed

nRequired
nnnOregon RN License
n
nnAHA BLS within 30 days
n
nnAssociate's Degree in Nursing
n
nnOne (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
n
n nPreferred
nnRN experience in an acute care setting
