nnnOpportunity to practice Inpatient/outpatient medicine in an established clinic
n
nnProvide pregnancy, intra partum, post-partum, annual and GYN care in our clinic and hospital setting
n
nnCohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
n
nnExperienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community
n
nnFull-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
n
nnFully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnAverage of 15-18 patients per day
n
nnShared call amongst the providers. Triaged through MyNurse
n
nnAbility to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
n
nnEvaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
n
nnPatient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
n
nnExcellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
n
n nQualifications
nnnBoard Certified Nurse Midwife
n
nn1-4 years of experience preferred
n
nnHold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Illinois
n
nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
n
nnEligible to work in the United States
n
n nWe offer
nnnInitial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $125,000 - $155,000 with the ability to exceed compensation and receive 100% of the upside on an innovative compensation program.
n
nnSpecific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role
